Figures are median asking price per square metre (£/m²) from live for-sale listings where floor area is known. Rental listings and sold prices are excluded. Samples below 5 listings are shown as emerging only.

We divide each live asking price by the property’s floor area in square metres, then take the median across eligible for-sale listings in that area. That reduces the effect of unusually cheap or expensive outliers.
These pages use current asking prices from live listings where floor area is known. They are a market snapshot, not Land Registry sold-price averages.
